The condominium corporation’s previous management team could not provide a superior level of financial services and inappropriately managed its operating budget. While certain expenses were unnecessary, other contracted services were also priced too high.

Through C-ERA’s contractor relationships and organizational expertise, it was able to adjust the community’s service contracts to accommodate a new, lower budget. Pleased with the financials, the condominium council approved the budget, which included the appropriate services needed to operate the community successfully. Today, C-ERA communicates with the council often and quickly works to resolve any issues related to the community and the operating budget.
